Our Principal is an executive real estate, engineering, and construction leader with over 40 years of experience in business and asset management, P&L responsibility, consulting, planning, design, and construction delivery. Licensed Professional Civil/Structural Engineer (CA, MA, FL, PR), Professional Land Surveyor (PR), and Certified General Contractor (FL). Former licensed Real Estate Broker (PR, license #C-19176). Proven expertise across residential, commercial, institutional, site and infrastructure, MILCON, and large-scale land development projects. Led and delivered projects valued from $5 million to $3+ Billion.
